It was such a good experience to do snowshoe on Iwatake Summit — we really enjoyed it. Mei, our guide, is so nice; she adjusted the length and route to our fitness. I'd recommend anyone to try a tour with Hakuba Excellence.

Fantastic trek, couldn't have asked for better. The guide went at a pace best suited for everyone, with plenty of breaks. Could not recommend Hakuba Excellence highly enough — if we could have rebooked during our stay we absolutely would have.

A beautiful morning with our guide, Mei — a lovely, peaceful change from skiing. She took us through fresh snow to a shrine in the woods; it felt almost otherworldly. Even the adrenaline junkies in our family loved it!
