We are a Japan-based ski and snowboard school dedicated to creating exceptional learning experiences for riders of all ages and abilities. Led by local professionals, our instructors combine deep regional knowledge with thoughtful lesson planning to ensure every session is safe, engaging and confidence-building.
Our teaching philosophy is centred on progression, enjoyment and safety. Every lesson is tailored to individual ability, age, and the conditions on the day — whether it’s a first-timer discovering snow, or an experienced rider refining technique in varied mountain terrain.
We believe skiing and snowboarding in Japan should be both educational and inspiring. Beyond technical skills, our lessons introduce students to mountain awareness, local snow culture, and the joy of moving confidently in winter environments.

Founder & CEO
Javier Calzada
A global snow sports leader with over 20 years of international experience, including 10 years in Japan.
A certified Ski Instructor and Course Conductor, Javier combines elite instruction expertise with academic training in Sport Sciences and an MBA in Sports Management. He has designed and led programs across Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia — focused on technical excellence, innovation and creating world-class snow sports education experiences.
